Why the conflict between knee and ankle data on PRP?
Mechanical symptoms associated with post traumatic ankle arthritis may represent a significant confounding variable. Primary knee arthritis is not synonymous with post-traumatic ankle arthritis. PRP may still have a role for the non-traumatic ankle arthritis.
