Stryker/Wright v. Paragon 28 in Court (Dun, Dun)

First filed in 2018, Wright Medical Technology, Inc. alleged that Paragon 28 infringed on 10 patents with 100 different implants related to orthopedic plating technology.


Settlement announced


The settlement amount of $26 million between Stryker and Paragon 28 was announced on Nov. 28, 2022. With no big impact on the stock price, the market had already priced this anticipated settlement into Paragon's price.
