The AOFAS Annual Meeting, taking place September 10-13 in Savannah, will feature a few big product releases, including:

  • Stryker’s Incompass Total Ankle System integrates Adaptis bony ingrowth technology and features redesigned instruments to improve adaptability and efficiency. The system’s design is informed by insights from 85,000 CT scans and 100,000 clinical cases through SOMA. It offers a wide range of implant and instrument options to support patient-specific care. Key enhancements include a refined alignment system for multi-plane control, improved implant holders and trials, and streamlined instrumentation to reduce surgical steps.

  • Enovis is showcasing the Pecaplasty Wires First Guide and Peca 2.0 implants. AS MIS evolved from early adopters to main stream, the systems are working hard along side the surgeons. Engineering for east and accuracy, Enovis will feature the Pecaplasty Wires First Guide and Peca 2.0 implants at AOFAS.

  • With well over 50,000 implants, OSSIOfiber technology has found its space in musculoskeletal care. The newest member of the product family is OSSIOfiber as a bio-integrative trimmable fixation nail. Measure, trim to a specific length, and insert. The fully threaded, trimmable nail has the ability to be sharpened to use the remainder of the OSSIOfiber nail. This is an adaptation of internal fixation that is only possible with the unique Ossiofiber material.
